No Gapless Playback!
The sound quality is good, but gapless playback is not supported, at least with Tidal. For instance, Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon is a continuous album. The music runs continuous, there are no gaps between songs. However, with Tidal played through the Primare Air app, gaps are inserted, which makes the album unlistenable.

Buffering?
For some reason when using Tidal HiFi on the Air app, it’ll buffer it seems. I have a 40Mbps connection using the newest AirPort Extreme for WiFi, plus I’ve got it connected via Ethernet w/ cat7 cables anyway, so my network shouldn’t be the issue. That said, when it’s not doing that, it sounds amazing. So if there’s a bug, I hope they can fix it. Because I’d rather use this than Sonos. But, I don’t have the buffering problem with Sonos.
