Usability is an Issue

You must choose document type = Document to be able to fill in the attributes. However, then the Entity Type, Accounting Entity, BODs and other attributes, which would tie the document to the database are not drop downs. I understand the ID no being as that would have to query the item master or customer master or any number of other tables, but the lists of other attributes are relatively finite and could be provided to users for ease of entry. This renders this app rather useless.
