OneAgent

OneAgent is Collab’s agent application for the OneContact contact centre available on a mobile device. With the OneAgent, agents are able to pick up calls that were directed from the IVR, transfer/conference them, sign in to multiple services or instances and even use it to insert data in the Agent Script! With OneAgent you can handle various types of inbound/outbound interactions such as voice, mail, social media and IM.
