Still Horrible
Believe it or not, the quality of this app has deteriorated over the last year and it hasn’t even been updated since March of 2025. It’s still slow and crashes all the time, but now it can’t even control our thermostat. Additionally the support is generally useless. I have reached out to them several times with different issues and none have ever been resolved.

I was using this app for about 8 months and had no issues. Suddenly it takes 5 minutes to get into my place. This is terrible.
