Formerly known as Koru Mindfulness, the Mindfulness Institute for Emerging Adults (MIEA) offers the only evidence-based curriculum designed to teach mindfulness, meditation, and stress-management specifically for 18- to 30-year-olds.
The MIEA Mindfulness app is your companion for our Intro to Mindfulness class (formerly Koru Basic), giving you the tools you need to reduce stress, build self-compassion, and connect with your class and teacher.
An account with MIEA is required to login to the app. This account is created when registering for a MIEA class.

The app is not working as it will not load any recent logs!!! I have due dates for mindfulness for my class

Love Koru! + quick suggestion
I love meditating with Koru anytime any day, it’s such a simple app and so many resources. My suggestion:- can this app be made compatible with apple health. I really like to track my health through apple health, and pretty much use many features of the app like sleep, nutrition, cycle, etc. I would really love my meditation data to be registered with apple health so that it’s easier for me to track on it. It’s convenient. Please let me know if this is something to consider. Love <3
