GYVE “ROUND-UP”
Donors have the option to round up their purchases to the nearest dollar. Gyve will automatically donate the change from that transaction to your organization. Our “round-up” giving is an easy way to promote generosity for specific charities, missions or special projects.
CUSTOMIZED REPORTING
You get a detailed look at giving trends and demographics in whatever format you want to see them. This allows you to better understand how users are giving and where you can help them in their generosity journey.
AUTOMATED MESSAGING
You can send a “thank you” message automatically. A thank you message can go to those who give for the first time, hit a specific giving goal or whenever it makes sense. With our portal, you can share generosity moments with everyone involved in giving or narrow it down to a specific type of giver. By capturing the testimony of a recipient on video, you can easily share the story of who was blessed through your organization's generosity automatically.

Hijacked my account!
I’ve made multiple attempts to cancel my account when my church decided to go with a different online giving app. THIS APP WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT! I literally sign in with my username and password, then to supposedly delete my account I’m just supposed to go to my profile, enter my password to delete it, and that should be it. WRONG! The same password I use to log in is “not found” when I try to delete the account. I go into FAQ and it recommends to try changing my password. Automated customer service sends me an email with a link to reset my password. I click on the link and I follow the instructions perfectly to change my password (one capital letter, one lower case letter, one special character, at least 8 characters long) and...nothing. Simply won’t let me proceed. The page just keeps resetting itself asking for the new password which I kept putting in. Tried like 8 different passwords and it wouldn’t let me continue. I email customer support. They send me ANOTHER link to reset my password. Except this time the link provided just takes me to a page to donate more money. Nothing else. I can’t continue. Multiple emails have been sent to customer support and they just keep sending me links to reset my password. I figured maybe I’d just go ahead and delete my credit card information to make sure they don’t keep taking payments out of my card...NOPE. Can’t find anywhere on here to delete or change my credit card information. I bet if my card expired, you’d let me know how to change it! This app was fine while I used it but there is NO REASON to make it impossible to delete your account. I don’t trust this app. Something is very shady about all of this.
