Reserve washing machines and dryers for free
With our app, you can check whether there are any washing machines or dryers currently in use in your laundry room; when not in use, you can reserve them for free – directly from your sofa, when on the go, or from anywhere you choose. If there currently is no machine available … Not a problem! Enter our virtual waiting queue and save your spot in line to automatically getting the next machine when it becomes available! We will notify you as soon as your appliance is waiting for you.

Cashless payment
No more collecting special coins or buying tokens! With WeWash, you can pay for your washing and drying conveniently directly via the app. You can choose from a wide range of international payment options such as credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal and many more. Keep track of the costs with our simple, GDPR compliant and easy to understand invoicing.

Always stay up to date
You will receive regular updates on the state of your laundry via push notifications: Whether your position in the waiting queue changes; your laundry cycle has started successfully; or your laundry is now ready for pick up: You will enjoy full transparency about your reservations, pick up times, and costs.

App usage for Billing
The app would want to go back to the web site for billing & process the go back to the app after successfully billing for the use the washer then the dryer would not start acknowledge the payment. At first it worked fine…. The 2nd load of cloths was where the issues began. Will dispute with the Credit card company if needed only correct charges shown in the app / credit card shows multiple over charges from attempted use & the washer & dryer not acknowledging the payment

So much room for improvement
We had many issues over the years, the cycles go smooth 2 out of 5 tries. It happens that the machine stops in the middle of the cycle or doesn’t go thru all the way for some reason, then the system understands it’s over and finishes your turn and calls the next on the line, and you end up with a basket of soaking-wet-half-washed clothes that you cannot dry right away, because the dryer has been on for 6h with your neighbor’s underwear, and its sensor is too clogged to realize it’s done (and sometimes it finishes your turn in less time than it should and your laundry is still super humid - completely nonsense). I wish we had more notifications in case something goes out of the ordinary (like if someone opens the machine door), and that we could track the total cycle time thru the app so we can prepare our day around it (cause the time shown on the screen is never precise).

App doesn’t work, neither do the machines
The machines are backed by computer network devices which are powered on but don’t send a signal to start or even power the machines. Should be a simple process but it doesn’t work, not even in Munich.

Detergent smells too strong
Use unscented detergents. The smell of the current detergents gave me a headache, and I had to rewash my clothes to get rid of it

You are better off using a laundromat
This app is terrible. It stopped my dryer cycle after 20 minutes despite having the display for my dryer cycle set to 120min. Everything is still wet and I fly out in the morning. In addition to this the app failed to properly reserve a spot on the queue for me initially when rerunning the dryer. I think this may have been due to WiFi issues. However, I was unaware that it had an additional dryer it had placed me on the queue for until well after I left the laundry room. In that time someone placed their laundry in they automatically charged my card again. This is an issue this app developer should address. Doing laundry with this is a waste of time and money. Save yourself frustration and just use a laundromat. At least someone works there to assist if something isn’t working right.

Zero instructions
The Ap says you will be provided with a “program”. There are no instructions on whether or not or when to add detergent. There are no instructions on how long a wash will take until you lock the washer door. I still have no idea if the price includes the dryer.

Terrible!!!
I put my stuff in a dryer & it was well over 2hours & I went back to wet clothes!!! No clue what I am being charged and I need them dry soon. Where I’m from our dryers are fast!! 45 minutes tops!! This is robbery w/ a side of insanity!!

Wet clothes
Dryer left close soaking wet and ended the cycle 20 minutes early. Still requesting payment with no options to contest. Terrible service, unable to dry clothes again without paying for the first half done job.

Waste of time
Reserved two wash machines they worked fine. About halfway through the cycle all of the dryers became unavailable, and have been that way for about an hour and a half now. I am now on my way to the nearest laundromat to get my clothes dried. Also I noticed that the laundry room, as a whole, was listed a unavailable. It is now listed that way again. Washme has too may technical issues to be of use to me. It is a nice idea but a failure in practice. I will not use Washme services again.

Dryers Are Aweful
Dryers often stop before clothes are dry. You can pay a second time for another dry cycle but there is a chance dryers will just stop in a few minutes and once again clothes are still not dry. I have been in a hotel (on work trip) for a month and stuck using WeWash the whole time. It has been way too expensive and very frustrating wash experience. Avoid their services if at all possible. Traditional coin op or card op machines are far better than this app based junk.
