This app keeps telling me that I’m not connected to my internet even though I am please fix this problem!

It's a fast played game and I stink at at. That's not why I only gave 3 stars though. They've had a problem in the game with collecting achievements. For many months there is a notification indicating I've two new achievements; however, when I try to select "claim prize" it is a dead button in at least two achievements * win 25 practice games and another and I've reported to Skillz customer service 3 times over the past few months and still the developer has yet to fix it. And today I installed the newest update. What I should do instead is Delete the file from my account on all devices. This problem isn't unique, but curiously it can be found across several titles by the same developer. I don't even think they want to fix because it's a loophole "bug" to avoid giving prizes that have actual value. (Every Skillz game in the iOS Store will award $2 achievement prize after wining 25 practice games -tournament games counted as one game at end of tourney not per round. ---but this IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST FEATURE of ALL games in the Skillz vault. Keeps me a loyal customer too and brings me back to Skillz day after day. It's genius!!!! Skillz should cancel all games that don't want to participate in this genius marketing plan and be fair to all the developer who do.
