Do not use this app for cleaning services. Book a deep clean service for 4hrs (200$+). The person is not the same person the app said is going to do the work. The take shortcuts instead of doing the actual work. Throw everything into the dishwasher even tho they are needed to be hand washed. No sweeping floors, no mopping floors nor vacuuming. The room is still full of dusts, and nothing has been done. I'm sure that mine is not the worst case after reading some other reviews. DO NOT BOOK THE SERVICES ON THIS APP!!!

Don’t bother - service doesn’t match title & they don’t care
Rip off! I paid for 3 rooms to be cleaned in 4 hours, provided to do list on the app & verbal instructions on arrival yet after photos reveal no work was actually performed. Company more interested in creating hoops for slight credit on account than addressing poor customer satisfaction ratings. Fool me once - shame on Tidy, fool me twice - begin negative campaign on this fraudulent company!
