Billing
Sales person sold me a 6 month 100 mbps plan for Rs1999/. But bills are generated for 3000, and speed reduced to 50 Mbps. Defective router and wrong configuration done by installer, thus no internet for 2 weeks until the router was replaced and reconfigured. Added a new charge calling it a reconnect. Multiple phone calls explaining above but no resolution. Receiving threatening alerts of disconnecting service. So, had to pay an additional 950 under duress.
