I have no complaints, it has worked for me plenty of times. And the fact that I can take care of business and it alerts me that my time is running out is such a great feature. Now I don’t have to worry about rushing back to put quarters in the meter.

Locked out of account. Customer support unhelpful
Got locked out of my account. Called the 800 number to get it turned back on. Rep said they put in a ticket and it’ll get resolved “as soon as possible.” I asked her what “as soon as possible” meant — her response: “as soon as possibly.” It’s been a week and counting. Would love to have my money balance remaining returned, but I guess that’s how they make their money.
