The Omni Hotels app supports the efficient running of a hotel’s housekeeping operation by providing real time information on mobile devices to team members. The management of tasks and special requests is managed centrally, ensuring all relevant information is provided to the right team members at the right time on their mobile devices. The app provides housekeeping team members with instant notification if task priorities have changed. The functionality of the app extents to a key and equipment register, at source linen counting; Maintenance, guest request and lost & found reporting can be completed via the mobile device on the floor and the jobs are issues directly to the relevant employee on duty.
