They broke the app trying to give our babies “scores”
When my baby wakes up in the morning we used to be able to review their night’s sleep immediately. A few weeks ago they “upgraded” and now when we all wake up the “night is in review” for hours. It’s impossible to time the baby’s first nap without knowing when they woke up. Thanks for making my subscription useless. Stop making parents feel bad if their baby doesn’t sleep perfectly. No one needs to start getting graded on things at one day old. No one needs to think their child is a “bad” sleeper. I need a baby monitor that doesn’t constantly lose internet connection, not an overseer who spends all night rating my baby.

I will always always be a Nanit user
Great product, I love being able to watch my son while I’m at work. Also, enjoy taking it on the go. The only downside is that when we travel it doesn’t connect to guest WiFi, or WiFi without a password. I really wish this could happen soon.
