Notifications are critical
I tested the mobile app and have not been able to receive any push notifications so far. If I am doing something in error, please advise and I will update my review immediately ;) Overall, the app works as intended. I am very focused on real-time notifications of activity vs. waiting for an email alert. Hence, the reason for this review being a little lower than I would like to give. Thx!

It’s a good start, but…….
Been using OneDesk for just over 3 months and the Online portal is great. But this app need MAJOR updates.
