Unsafe !!
They rolled out a new update when it comes to taking picture , I would honestly say definitely going to be An issue with all motor clubs making it unsafe with pictures not properly being able to to line up with the markings that was added to take pictures. A lot of to operator being in the middle of the highway trying to take pictures, and it not fitting inside of the designated box that is needed is kind of unsafe because it is not allowing For the Camera to have significant amount of room, north state, and it’s place. The previous update would allow us to take the pictures, but without having to line it up with the picture that is given in this new update definitely something that’s really be looked at. Or just take that feature off.

Hit and miss
Sometimes it’s good and then they’ll come out with an update and it’s no good. Right now I’m having issues with it automatically putting me on scene or towing and sometimes even completing the job out when it’s not really completed. It goes off your GPS and a lot of times, the pick up location isn’t 100% accurate, so it senses that your not in the exact location and automatically puts me into towing when I’m not. Another issue I would like to see fixed is the completed jobs. When you review your completed jobs, they are not in order. You may complete a job and have to scroll through 15 other jobs to find the job you just completed. When it should be at the top of the list. Overall, it’s a good app. Just needs some things changed to be a great app.
