Upset/disappointed/frustrated
Confusing and Not users friendly
First of all, too many apps and why are they not merging all into 1 to facilitate ease of use They have FairPrice, MyNTUC and some others. Using MyNTUC app to create an account but it just won’t let me key in my account number from my physical card. Because if I follow the format as they demonstrated( which is a space for every 4 digits) there is not enough space for all the numbers and if I don’t put a space in between every 4 digits, the number is rejected. Why can’t NTUC get this simple things right with all its rich resources. Come on !

Update period
The apps does not allow user to update later. I open app at the ntuc counter and the apps inform me of the coming updates. I can’t bypass or delay it later, forces everyone else who is in the queue, wait for me. In the end, update not successful and I can’t even scan my membership code for my purchases. Can the developer allow the use of the QR code , while pending the apps update? This is the 2nd time , I can’t scan my code in my Apps, due to the app update.. pls work on this feature .
