This app is trash. You’d think a company that’s purpose is technology could make a better app. It’s clunky, and lately I cannot even get past the login screen. I have to do a password reset and deactivate my device every time I want to use the thing otherwise I put in my credentials and the app just stalls eventually telling me “A task was cancelled.” This app needs to be fixed asap or scrapped.

1000% useless

BI needs to hire a 3rd grader to update their useless “app”. What is the point of an app if it only leads you to a website that is NOT mobile friendly? Do better.

Absolutely Unreliable

Been using this app for several years and it is garbage. The business itself is great. I have worked with BI since 2009 and they are stellar! However this app is horrible. It keeps crashing at the worst possible times, say getting an alert at 3 am in the morning. Just completely horrible.

Worse since upgrade

Nothing but trouble since they ‘upgraded’ services recently. The website was trouble enough, have yet to be able to access via the app on iPhone or iPad so not sure if UI or info is better or worse than before. This data isn’t national security level stuff, consider & prioritize your users’ experience.

Sign in issues

Ever since BI got three factor authentication signing into the app to view alerts has been terribly unreliable. The app forces a pop up to an internet login which rarely loads once it takes you back to the app. Closing alerts takes twice as long due to this. Also, there should be a means of silencing non key alerts. I don’t need to see alerts that have been mitigated or paired with another event for closing. It’s been several years of operation and this app still is not functional or user friendly.
