Completely Broken. I can’t sign in
This is the worst app I’ve ever used, because it is completely broken and does not function at all. The developers didn’t even test the SMS verification feature properly, because the “Submit” button is disabled and I can’t sign in at all. I really need to book an maintenance appointment for my water purifier and I was hoping to do that through this app, but I can’t even get past the SMS verification step.

Non functional app
As stated in a previous review, the app will not send the required SMS code to register. I’m trying to use the app to control my cuckoo product as the touchscreen functions don’t work either. At least the app was free , the rice cooker was expensive junk
