No RAW photo support
Can’t handle raw photos. I bought this to transfer photos from my camera, but there is no way for me to use them.

No user manual in app--Exercise in futility
Everything is trial and error. No manual with reader. No manual online. Cannot access user manual in app Would like to amend to one star. After four attempts, finally got a response from Transcend which referred me to the absolutely useless Support page.
