About CardioBot: Heart Rate Monitor
CardioBot uses the studies provided by the American Heart Association to build smart recommendations that help you to improve your cardiovascular system and maintain good health. App reads heart rate data measured by the Apple Watch and separates readings in low, normal, elevated, and high heart rate through different colors and charts, allowing you to see averages at a glance.
The comprehensive stress tracking system would help you better understand and manage your stress, contributing to overall improved cardiovascular health and well-being.
CardioBot also supports viewing data captured during workouts and meditations, and it can also provide the sleep analysis information for a complete dashboard of your heart rate. All of this is done with a minimal and elegant interface that makes it easy to view statistics for individual days, browse detailed timelines, and compare day-to-day changes.
This app requires an iPhone that has the Health App installed. Heart readings are read from the Apple Health, which is populated by your Apple Watch.

Falls short of a really good health app.
Why is the heart points not reading the watch fitness app for steps and calories? I’ve been walking from parking lots into stores and walking around for hours and still Zero heart points. I’m not going to into the workout app to tell it I’m walking when the watch is already figuring it out. Reply- I’m out all day cutting trees and splitting wood, plenty of physical activity and increased heart rate. Not a single heart point unless I go into the fitness app and outdoor walking.
