In a beautiful synthesis of asanas, meditation, and awareness, physical practice becomes a blissful expansion of consciousness.

Practice Hridaya Hatha Yoga with voice guidance by Sahajananda, the founder of Hridaya Yoga.

You can get started with the Preset sessions, created by our experienced yoga teachers.
Each one has a central theme, an aspect of the being, that it develops.
They contain 3 variations with durations of approximately 30 minutes, 1 hour, and 2 hours so you can easily fit the practice into your schedule.

You can also create new sessions by selecting the techniques you want to include.

Before you start a session you can customise it:
- Select one of the session variations by taping the duration.
- Select the difficulty level to easily modify the duration of techniques (and the overall length of the session).
- Select the Audio Guidance level for more or less words: from comprehensive audio guidance, to only naming the technique and when to exit it.

You can also modify the length of individual techniques for fine control of your session.
