Unreliable, constantly have to re renter user name
Software is buggy whether using mirror or just on phone. App super annoying with constantly having to Enter user name after updates

Mirror was better before Pelton
They need to really bring back the live classes. It really made a big difference. I really missed that. They also took away personal one on one classes. Also, the variety of classes went down. I preferred the original mirror teachers over the Peleton which is why I noticed the decrease of my usage.
