Get away from them
I started to work with them at the beginning everything was fine. I had to ask for anti fraud system as my first invoice was a fraud. They told me that everything was under control. I bought them a card reader. I start to use it. The day after they blocked my account. Withdraw money from my bank account and start to refund all the transactions made by my clients. Saying that they were fraud. I now have to contact each client back and ask them to resend the funds through another app. Avoid hit pay. It’s the worst I have ever seen. Their compliance officer doesn’t understand anything to business

Worst customer support ever seen
I tried to contact them since 14 days. I send them messages from Dashboard, Contact Page also through email. I tried everything to connect with them. Still not responding anyone. I will never suggest this gateway to anyone.
