URGENT COMPLAINT – IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED

Hello GigM Support, This is a formal escalation. Your mobile app and website are both malfunctioning, preventing me from accessing my wallet balance to book my trip for tomorrow (Sunday). • On the mobile app, the booking process freezes at the “Are you booking for yourself?” stage. • On the website (Google Chrome), the “Pay with Wallet” option does not appear at all. Because of this, I am completely locked out of my own money and unable to book. This is unacceptable. I have an important exam on Monday by 9 AM, and there are no trips on Mondays, meaning tomorrow is my only chance to travel. I demand immediate resolution by either: 1. Restoring my wallet access, 2. Issuing an immediate refund to my bank, or 3. Manually booking my trip from your end using my wallet balance. This must be resolved URGENTLY today. I expect immediate action, not automated responses.
