For anyone having issues installing your iMessage Apps, sometimes a manual install is required. To do so, simply open up an iMessage chat and go into the iMessage App Store (the "A" next to the text bubble). Select the four circles on the bottom left, followed by the "+" sign. Once in the iMessage App Store, select the "Manage" tab and all your iMessage Apps will be there for you to turn on or off. Hope this helps.
