Great capabilities, less than desirable licensing fees
While I appreciate the system, the exorbitant license fees pose a significant barrier to potential market penetration. Our organization would likely have installed more camera units and or additional equipment if the fees were more reasonable. However, the app version could be enhanced with additional capabilities, such as the ability to toggle cameras relative to the zone to follow a person of interest while using a mobile device. The majority of our site viewers multitask and are mobile throughout our three properties. Therefore, they would benefit from the ability to avoid exiting a camera and searching 110 cameras for a person of interest.
