Phone app

I can no longer get on the phone app to pay my bill. Very inconvenient

App does not work

Recently the app asked me to update to the new version, so I did. Well now I can’t get in to the new app because I get an error message that says “not compatible, please update”. There’s nothing to update to. I have the latest version of the app. I have an iPhone 12. Did you stop writing an app that was compatible with iPhone or something? Please fix this! I loved being able to use the app to make my weekly payments. Now I have to go to the website and type everything in every time and it’s time consuming.
