Updated review: Centier won’t allow me to access my online account until I agree to only receive communications in electronic format. There is no option to decline agreement. I don’t live in Indiana anymore and mobile banking was the only way I was able to stay with Centier, but this shows me it’s time to find a new, more convenient bank. Original review: I keep having random logins from strangers (!!!) and support has tried to be helpful but ultimately ineffective. I have changed my password multiple times. Even worse, I am supposedly set up for two-factor authentication and email notifications which do not actually happen. I am honestly kind of freaked out at this point and don’t know what to do.
