From what I remember
The lessons are incomplete. The first lesson starts in the middle with the example objects you are talking about. The second lesson gives the instructions, but not the examples. I deleted it after that one.

I use this every day to review my lessons and I’m thankful for it. Works great on my iPhone. Just wish that it was compatible with my Watch so that I could easily look at the daily lesson each hour.
