The app allows team members to book themselves as unavailable, for example if they need to leave the area, and book back on when they return at the touch of a button.
The availability is instantly updated across all other team members phones so it's easy to see at any time who is available should the team have a call-out.

Geofencing doesn’t work
The geofencing feature was one of the main reasons our station decided to use this app and pay the premium subscription fee. Most of us have jobs that are several miles away from the station so our availability changes frequently, often several times a day. As such, we have to manually reset our availability status several times a day and sometimes we forget, which makes the info on the app hard to rely on when a call comes in. Can you fix this please?

Not everything works still
Even with the subscription the added features don’t work. Buggy. Works a little bit better than nothing. Was hopeful that the new update would fix the geofencing and scheduled office hours. Nothing has improved functionality. Looks a bit different but still doesn’t do what it say it does.
