Download the Premis app for use with the Premis Touchscreen Smart Lock, made by Weiser.
This app will guide you through the installation, set up, and overall customization of your Premis Smart Lock. This lock and app will work with the Apple HomeKit platform so you can use your iPhone, iPad, or iTouch to control and manage your lock!
• Siri® Voice Control – Lock and unlock your door using Siri voice commands. For example, “Siri unlock my front door.”
• Remote Access – Control and monitor lock status from anywhere using the Premis app and Apple TV®.
• Lock Monitoring – View lock activity, history, and status notifications when lock is used via the Premis App

App Resets
This app works fine to setup the lock initially. However after closing the app and opening it later everything is gone. It has lost all previous settings and wants to start the setup from the beginning.

Your 4 year old piece of junk app is iOS 13 broken can’t use my lock, add users...etc!!!!!!
