Bait and switch
The product is sketchy at best, I repeatedly have to log off and on to get the translation to work, when I first bought the translators, no where in the product description did it say I would have to buy anything to use them, now I have to pay $17.99 a month for a substandard translation program that gives you more frustration than solution,
