Saved password on iOS or Face/Touch ID support missing
On no! Just heard gunshots? Need to lock down your campus? Simply open the app, then enter your password…. Wait, what was that again? I think you get my point… the ability to save your password or use FaceID or TouchID is imperative. The app is decent. You can actually filter events to a particular door, something you can’t seemingly do in the windows app in real-time. Trying to figure out how to use linking groups with DSX mobile still. Seems like it should be obvious, but it just seems missing.

Desperately needs an update for iOS 15
This app does not work with iOS 15. At this point, the app has been pretty much reliable. After the update of the operating system, it will not unlock any of our doors.
