Very sporadic performance. The app shows activity very sporadically and there is NO support to trouble shoot.

Having our PumpSpy unit in place and functioning for more than two years now, we are fully satisfied with its performance, reliability, and quality. Only once in two plus years has the unit dropped WiFi connectivity which allows real-time monitoring on our multiple devices. A call to their support line produced a quick and easy remedy.
