Just Right

I was looking for a simple journal for fleeting observations, a way for jotting down quick thoughts on my iPhone. I am a visual person, so I prefer ways where I can also add a quick sketch or photo as supplement. This app offered all of these perfectly. It was just the app I was looking for. Pros. The palette of choices is minimal. You can draw in only black, sepia and white. Photos can only look a certain way. Your text format is given. The search function with hashtags is great for retrieving ideas later. There are few decisions to make, and very few options, so your focus can be on the content YOU create. This produces a very uncluttered, meditative interface. Cons. There is one thing I would request as a modification: please add the ability to insert of a photograph in its true color. The current options are B&W or a sepia-tinted color, which are very handsome. However, as my notebook is about observations about COLOR, I like to add impressions of colors, color palettes, etc. The sepia-tinted color picture option means that my color notes are not true color. This will likely apply to the work of others as well, anyone who likes the color that they chose for an image, they should have an option to insert as-is. Thank you.
