Double identification doesn’t work
The app is supposed to provide a double identification when connecting on Henner.com on the web. It doesn’t work. The rest of the application is fine

Account malfunctions and non-responsive staff
I have attemoted to get pre-approval for form aproved for too long, still uncussesfully. Furhermore, even thow I HAVE submitted supporting documents for a reimbursemebt claim, the message keeps being on the platform and I don’t know what else to do (I also alerted henner of this). In addition, when I try to connect from my computer it requests approval from phone which I approve but nothing happens (including as I write this), making management of my account and the submission of my claims unnecessairly difficult. Please fix this.
