No App Support
This is a very disappointing App, as the devices that it is meant to work with just fail to register. Please provide a proper support platform. I have devices that I can’t use because of your lack of support

The App doesn’t work
I set up the GPS device and logged into the app and it is listed as offline. I followed the instructions and purchased the SIM card recommended for the device. I can call the number for the sim and the devices microphone works but there is no connectivity to the app. I’ve tried all of the troubleshooting steps provided and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no change. I figured that maybe I needed to wait (that’s what the SIM card instructions said - up to 72 hours for GPS functions) but it has been over a week and still no change. I gave 2 stars because I’m hoping to get a resolution for this issue ASAP
