SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.
GETTING STARTED
To use the MyPoint Mobile App, you must be enrolled as an MyPoint Credit Union Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

terrible customer service
Customer service and the resolution of problems they themselves create are never prompt, and if you don't want to be overcharged without valid reasons, don't come here. Furthermore, they take days to give you an answer without a solution.

Love it!
It’s hard not living near a MyPoint CU because I’ve been with them since they were PLCU & everything I have is connected. But this app gives me 99% of anything I need from transfers, to Zelle, to depositing checks. Anything I can’t do, I can call their CS(typically). Only thing I needed to go in store for was blank checks(I was doing a deposit and they required a blank check) AND while I was at the branch, I got a new debit card(it was the picture of the beach on it). All in all, I don’t need to be nearby a MyPoint to get all the great things I want with this app!
