Don’t waste your money

This company takes your money and lets you send a couple of messages then all of a sudden they say they don’t service your state and hang up so it’s a waste of money

!!!Stop Exploiting Families with Fees!!!

Actually, I don’t feel this app deserves a star, but I couldn’t submit it without! It is unacceptable that families are being charged extra fees just to send money to their loved ones in prison. Commissary prices are already outrageously inflated, and tacking on additional costs only punishes the families who are trying to provide basic support. Many of us are barely getting by ourselves, yet we’re forced to pay fees on top of inflated commissary prices. This system is exploitative, unfair, and takes advantage of people during some of the hardest times of their lives. Families should not be treated as another source of revenue. This practice needs to end. Supporting incarcerated loved ones should not come with unnecessary financial penalties.

Hideous and horrible

This app is absolutely horrible. Keep getting error messages for no reason at all wasting my time. Now when I wake up in the morning all of the transactions that didn’t work last night are processing charging me back to back to back to back. Scammers I presume !

This app is a joke. Seems to Always have a “system error” 👎🏽
