Good that the planes operate better than the web site/app
Great low cost airline, once you get past the web site and app. It’s like they broke into a local Jr High and hired them to design and operate the internet services. It’s the worst web service in the airline industry that I’ve witnessed. And for extra credit, they have no number to call and fix things with a ticketing agent over the phone. Bravo!
