WeatherCall Notifier

Description: This app is intended for Weather professionals and Emergency Managers. The app is a tool to create voice and text messages which will be immediately delivered via phone calls and SMS text messaging. Consumers to receive the messages are selected by drawing a polygon on a map, using this iPad application. This app, by itself has a limited demo mode.
