Ridiculous
It is absolutely ridiculous that if I want to order something on this app for a specific time while the store is open, I cannot do that. ASAP is the only option given. Meaning, if I want to order an Italian for 5:30 PM I have to either do it the night before after the store closes or cross my fingers and hope that they haven’t shut the online ordering down early which they regularly do. Even worse, the time they stop selling food is at 5:30…THE MIDDLE OF DINNER TIME. I get this is a small town, but GIVE ME A BREAK. You’d think for your exorbitant prices, you could at least stay open long enough for people to get dinner after work. It is absolutely ridiculous. If I want to order something on this app for a specific time while the store is open, I cannot do that since ASAP is the only option given. Meaning if I want to order an Italian for 5:30 PM I have to either do it the night before or take a gamble with the online ordering. What’s even worse is that if you want to use the “reorder” feature instead of going through everything again, the only option you get is ASAP. Was ANY thought put into the functionality of this whatsoever?
