Me and my friend both booked through this app for the Passover holidays only to find that we had booked houses/apartments that didn’t actually belong to the people posting them. I was a little “luckier” than my friend. I found out a week before and then had to book a hotel last minute and the prices were crazy. My friend didn’t have it so good, they were “stood up” when they arrived in Jerusalem with no place to stay. It was a nightmare for them. Standing on the streets of Jerusalem with their kids and luggage without any place to stay. DO NOT book with this app! You will get scammed. Also, there is no oversight as far as the people who created/run the app. There is also no way to reach them. I tried many times to contact them and there’s no response. It’s as if they don’t actually exist. Save yourself time, money and frustration and book with Airbnb, not here.
