When you tap to open, it tries, then immediately closes, DOESN’T work AT ALL!!!!

Won't stay open on iPad
Was told by TradeSmith Finance that I needed to use this app to get alerts for Delta Direct. I downloaded to my iPad, entered my login credentials, and the app responded with the message "Something went wrong." Now the app opens momentarily to a page titled "Issues and Updates" (no other text on the page is legible) and then closes immediately. This app is seriously in need of fixing.
