About Teamheadz

Teamheadz is an app for easy organisation and communication in sports teams and groups. Suitable for any sport. Managers, leaders or coaches can easily manage their teams directly from their mobile phones. The application can be used in combination with the web platform available at www.teamheadz.com.

MULTIPLE TEAMS WITHIN SINGLE ACCOUNT
Sports organisers can create any number of teams and control them from a single account in the application. Likewise, athletes can have all their activities in one place. Regular members can be made into team managers and given the right to create events, invite new members, etc.

TEAM LINE-UP
You can see all team members in one place, including their profile information. The number of team members is not limited. Optional fields can be set for each team, such as the player´s post or jersey number.
Send an invitation to the team easily by e-mail, via SMS or, for example, Whatsapp. New members can either only be invited to the team, or they can be invited directly to participate in existing scheduled events. In a team, you can also restrict the display of some details to its members and increase the feeling of privacy.

SUBGROUPS
You have the option of creating subgroups (for example, A team and B team or field players and goalkeepers) within the list of members and planning events for them separately or setting a separate participation limit for them.

TRAININGS AND MATCHES AT A GLANCE
If you are a coach or manager, you can easily plan events and invite players or teammates directly from your mobile.
As a member of the team, you will quickly learn when and where you play or train. You are receiving up-to-date information on whether the event capacity is already full or if the event has been cancelled for some reason. You can save each event to your calendar on your mobile phone.

ATTENDANCE
You will confirm your participation in the event within a few seconds. With mobile attendance, team leaders will know in time who they can count on and who is skipping this time and why. You can also assign non-team members to events. If the event is full, the applicant can join the queue and will be informed if the place becomes available. You can easily find out who you can rely on based on the statistics.

NOTIFICATION
The notification system speeds up the response to new events in the team. The invitation to the event, created by the captain, will come to everyone on time. Everyone will also learn about the change or cancellation of the event immediately. No one can make excuses for not knowing about something. Choose for yourself whether you want to receive notifications directly to your mobile phone or by e-mail.

NOTICE-BOARD
Write and share important articles, information or instructions for the team. Add files or create a quick poll, so you know what new colour of jerseys the team prefers.

TEAM CHAT AND CHAT FOR EVENTS
You can discuss everything important in one place. Let team members know about new messages with the notification system.
You can use a separate chat for each match or training. You can agree, for example, who takes the car or what the tactics will be.

GALLERY
A gallery is available for each team, in which they simply create albums and upload photos from matches or camps.

WALLET
In the wallet module, you can easily create payment requests for membership fees or for the gym. You will have a clear record of payments and you will see who owes or how much is left in the team wallet.

PARTICIPATION STATISTICS
The application automatically calculates and visualizes the trend of participation in the last 20 events to which the user has been invited. It is possible to distinguish between overall and team-specific statistics.
