With the Quebec Landlords Association (APQ) App you can directly submit your tenant ratings from your mobile phone and view results anywhere.
Also use APQ to present your membership card at one of the APQ's partner suppliers, view Le Propriétaire Newspaper every month, search for your suppliers in the APQ Directory, make your rent increase calculations using Calculo, create your electronic leases and send your notifications using Avisarex.
You must be a member of the APQ to view tenant ratings (credit reports) section and view your membership card.
