How to start using Rentbrella:
1. Create an account and register a credit card
2. Use the map to find the closest Rentbrella station
3. Tap "I want an umbrella" and scan the station's QR Code
4. Use the station keyboard to type in the code generated on the app
5. Withdraw the umbrella and enjoy the city
6. Return it in any other Rentbrella station using the app

Charged wrongly for non-return

I was charged $20 for an umbrella that I returned on the same day. What happened?

Good idea horrible execution

It seems as though Rentbrella is purposely not letting people return the umbrellas to try and sneak a $20 fee from them. Yes when you go to return your umbrella, the machine will constantly say there’s some kind of error and there’s nobody you can reach on the help side to help you out. DO NOT rent from umbrella. They will scam you out of 20 bucks.
