Stopping in the middle of the highway
Bus number 7987 Hyderabad to Mumbai drops members on highway just before climbing bridge. Driver is so rude, he risks life of passengers In dropping in between highway as vehicles were coming in high speed they have to cross the traffic to reach side walk. When asked why you don’t park at the side of the highway, he claimed it was instruction from company. Which company will ask to drop passengers in the middle of highway?? Pathetic

Complaint regarding cleanliness and late dropping
Now days vrl is not maintaining its quality and time and also not maintaining cleanliness,Yesterday bus no KA 25/D4861 left from belagavi at 9 pm and reached at 1230 noon today, and they said bangalore traffic problem but this bus reached bangalore nelamangala at 9 am, so late. How can VRL be trusted if they have cheated the passengers by taking four times more money and not maintaining proper time
