Unable to log in
App logged me out. I tried to do a password reset many times. Even having to request password change link twice. Gave up. Tried to create a new account with a different email and got the exact results. Tried clicking on app support to get the Jason’s order page. I guess I won’t be using this app anymore.

Great food, broken app
Consistently great tuna sandwich. Great service. And my local restaurant is spotlessly clean as well. I highly recommend Jason’s. App is totally useless. I’ve entered my information to create an account 3 times now and the “continue” button to go to the next step will never populate. I have met all criteria including for password as the app actually confirms this. I have been using the website to order, but it’s clunky too on my iPhone. Maybe is better on android or laptop?
