A Frustrating, Poorly Designed App That Needs a Complete Overhaul
This is hands down the worst app I’ve ever used. Signing up was a nightmare—I wasted so much time and spoke to three different people, yet no one could provide a solution. The issues mentioned in past reviews from over a year ago are still here, if not worse. The app is clunky, overly complicated, and I’ve tried everything to make it work. At this point, the app itself needs a complete redesign, but it’s clear they don’t have the budget or willingness to do it. The so-called “community” feels like a joke—how can they claim to care about users when they don’t even care about improving their own app? They keep rolling out bug fixes, yet not a single real solution has been implemented. If Actionlink wants to stay relevant, they seriously need to rethink this app. Right now, it’s just a frustrating mess.
